Forms of Payment
We gladly accept the following forms of payment:  
cash, debit, and all major credit cards. We DO NOT
accept checks.

Friendly FYI
We are people that LOVE and SERVICE all people;
however, we do reserve the right to refuse service to
anyone who chooses to disrupt the peace and
tranquility of our studio.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are available for all Abstract treatments
and in any dollar amount. Certain rules apply:
• Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash.
• The Gift Cards and any unused balances expire 6
months - 1year from the date of purchase from
Abstract & Co.
• We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. Please
treat it as cash and keep it in a safe place.

If you are pleased with the treatments received, it's
customary to give a 18-20% gratuity to your technician.
If you would like to add a gratuity to your credit card,
please let us know.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee our nail services; if you experience any
polish chipping within 2 days of your manicure or  
pedicure,  gel nails lifting or cracking within 5 days,  
please contact us immediately so we can perfect your
problem, free of charge.  Remember to take care in
opening soda cans, packages, performing manual
labor and chores * please note – your nails are not your
tools their jewels!
There are no refunds for nail services provided.

Prices and treatments are subject to change. Please
confirm pricing at the time of your appointment. If
there are any additional services requested that will
incur a charge, we will let you know prior to performing
that service.

Abstract Etiquette
We are a cell phone free environment, so we kindly
ask that you help maintain the serenity of the spa by
muting your cell phone, pager, and other electronic
devices before your appointment.

All of our guests are served on an appointment-only
basis. However, we do take "Call-Aheads" if there is
availability;  please call to check for cancellations.

Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment (no less than 10 minutes) to
allow ample of time to park, check in, and whine
down before your relaxation session!  G
uests visiting for
the first time, are required to complete a client profile
so that we can better serve you.

Late Arrival
If you are going to be late, please call and let us
know. Appointments will be held for 15 minutes, after
this grace period, we consider this as "TOO LATE" or
"NO SHOW" and as a courtesy to our next guest you will
be asked to reschedule.

You will always receive an email reminder that
confirms your appointment; which also offers you an
opportunity to cancel or reschedule.  We maintain a
"no exception" policy for cancellations, requiring a
24-hour notice of cancellation for all services and
treatments. Please keep in mind that "no shows" and
"last minute cancellations" leave our spa team with
empty appointment times.  In accordance with this
policy, all missed appointments will be charged 100%
of scheduled service price to the credit card on file.

Child Policy
The spa is an adult oriented atmosphere and others
are enjoying relaxation
; for this reason and to assist us
in pampering you, children are not allowed in studio,
unless they are being serviced.  
Please arrange child
care prior to your visit, or you may be asked to
gel care
